About SoundMatter Studio.

I believe healing begins with resonance within the body, mind, and heart. I offer sound baths and frequency-based experiences designed to gently support emotional release, physical relaxation, and energetic balance.

As a trauma-informed student practitioner, I hold space with sensitivity and deep understanding for each person’s individual journey. Whether you are new to sound healing or returning to your practice, my sessions are shaped to meet you where you are.

How to prepare.

What to bring.

What you’ll hear.

Comfort is the key to a successful sound bath. We will be in Savasana (“corpse pose”) for an hour.

Wear comfortable clothing.

Bring a yoga mat and anything else that will provide you complete comfort. A pillow for your head, blanket (you may get chilly), eye mask or scented pillow, bolster for your knees…

After we silence our cell phones, all sounds you hear are part of the experience. Singing bowls, chimes, your neighbor snoring, the ambulance outside, everything.
